How I got here.
I started my career at a consulting firm, where my work gradually moved from a client systems project into business operations, CRM, reporting, and process ownership. I liked being the person who could step into something unclear, learn what was needed, and help move it forward.
More recently, I've been putting that same mindset into analytics and technology through graduate study, externships, and independent projects.

Worked directly with customers in sales. It was my first real experience talking to different kinds of people, understanding what they were looking for, and trying to help.

Completed my BS in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Studies and a 3.9 GPA.

Joined as a Programmer Analyst, starting on a Salesforce migration project before moving into broader internal business work.
